What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk I position at LION First Responder PPE, Inc.?
Essential Functions:
Answer calls, take messages, manage various spreadsheets, process applications IAW current federal and company compliance standards (i.e. Veterans Status, Affirmative Actions, etc.), and assist Office Staff in various projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting with operations in other departments.
- Visitor access and control IAW CTPAT and HG SOP.
- Print employee pay stubs as required.
- Record and administrative filing.
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Help maintain area housekeeping.
- Any other duties as required.
