What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping-Receiving Clerk position at LION First Responder PPE, Inc.?
Essential Functions:
Scan the order form, check and compare the product contents of the tub order with the order form. Make sure all post-pick modifications requested on the order form have been done. Include proper written materials and paperwork. Choose the correct size box or bag for shipment to the customer. Weigh-packed box for shipping charge. Select the proper label and attach it to the box. Perform any other work-related duties as requested by the Outbound Supervisor and Managers.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Remove empty order tubs from the embroidery station.
- Assisting with operations in other departments.
- Help maintain area housekeeping.
- Any other duties as required.
Education/Experience Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent. Must possess basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills. Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and make sound decisions within the job scope.
