Position Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Assistant General Manager position with Lion Hotel Group operating the company's flagship hotel, Element by Westin Minneapolis Downtown. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, managing associates, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will assist in implementing strategies to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience. - Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and management
- Customer Service and Hospitality skills
- Team Management and Training skills
- Marriott Systems and LightSpeed knowledge is a plus
- Bilingual with an emphasis on Spanish is a plus
