Assistant General Manager – Residence Inn by Marriott

Salary Range: $50K-$60K

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations

• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and team performance

• Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Lead and develop team members to maintain a high level of service

• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Marriott experience preferred

• Previous hotel management or AGM experience strongly desired

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and team-building abilities

Essential Job Expectations:

• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guests expectations
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and other accountable
• Operate the hotel as if it was your own
• Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
