We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Training & Enablement Director to join our team and elevate the skills of our salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that empower our sales team to meet and exceed their targets. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales force by ensuring they are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to succeed. What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for both new hires and seasoned sales team members and leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify key skills, knowledge gaps, and areas for improvement within the sales team.
- Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires to ensure smooth integration into the company and mastery of sales processes.
- Create and update engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, to enhance the learning experience.
- Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and other interactive learning activities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Implement and track training metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales staff to reinforce learning and drive consistent performance improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the sales training program relevant and cutting-edge.
- Support the Sales Team in utilizing sales tools and technologies, ensuring they are effectively integrated into daily workflows.
- Participate in the evaluation of individual and team performance to identify areas for additional training or coaching.
