In this role, you will leverage your expertise to strategically navigate complex organizations, sell to high-level decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting and innovative sales strategies.What You Will DoIdentify, contact, and engage prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's solutions.Build and maintain a robust, up-to-date sales pipeline for new and upsell opportunities.Educate customers on service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Collaborate with Sales and internal / external Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Strategically navigate the sales cycle, leveraging each stage to advance opportunities and close deals.Develop a deep understanding of client needs, markets, and verticals to craft tailored value propositions.To Be Successful You Will HaveExperience : 5 years of experience in a comparable sales role, with a proven track record of selling directly into enterprise accounts.Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.Prospecting Expertise : Demonstrated success in prospecting, managing a designated territory, and growing a pipeline.Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and creatively about targeting clients and verticals to maximize revenue growth.OPI Knowledge : Familiarity with the Over the Phone Interpretation (OPI) market and offerings is a plus, or a willingness to quickly develop a solid understanding of the space.Results Orientation : A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.Our People are Our Pride – Benefits and PerksCompetitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary.
