1.  Running Day-to-Day Operations

The store operates smoothly and efficiently with minimal disruptions, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high product quality.

 What it will take:

·        Schedule and manage staff effectively. 

·        Ensure all equipment is functioning properly. 

·        Implement and oversee standard operating procedures. 

·        Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed. 

2.  Maintain a Budget

What winning looks like:

The store operates within its budget, optimizing cost efficiency while maximizing revenue and profitability. 

What it will take:

·        Track and analyze financial performance regularly. 

·        Identify areas for cost savings without sacrificing quality. 

·        Adjust staffing and inventory based on budget constraints. 

·        Implement promotional strategies to boost sales. 

3.  Lead Team to Meet Desired Future Goals

What winning looks like:

The team is motivated, skilled, and aligned with the store’s goals, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
