Bilingual Associate

As we expand our presence, we're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Bilingual Associate to join our promotional sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is Bilingual or Multilingual. As an Associate, you will support the retail promotional sales efforts by helping to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and product sales through creative marketing campaigns and in-store promotions. You will be able to reach and communicate different clients if you speak multiple languages. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer interaction within a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, promoting new products, sales, and special offers.
• Assist customers with product selection, purchase, and activation.
• Maintain knowledge of current cell phone technology and features.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must be 18.
• Bilingual or Multilingual.
• Reliable transportation.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in fast or slow environment.
• Passion for helping others and growth.

Additional Benefits:

• Hourly base pay ranging between $20-$24/hr weekly, if Bilingual or Multilingual.
• Commission in addition to hourly pay. (between $1,500-1,800 weekly)
• Paid training @ $15/hr.
• No cap on commissions.
