Coordinator, Global Paid Media & Analytics

Department: Marketing & Publicity Location: Santa Monica, CA, US, 90404 Summary of Position Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator, Global Paid Media & Analytics in our Motion Picture Group. The Coordinator will work with the Manager across our slate of Theatrical, Day & Date, PVOD, EST/VOD, and Packaged media campaigns across all paid media platforms. The coordinator manages and executes budget reconciliation, reviews all plans, assists with assets/trafficking across platforms, and assists with planning, execution, and reporting/optimization for campaigns across titles. Responsibilities Develop, plan and execute strategic integrated media campaigns for theatrical, home entertainment, and premium video on demand Assist in the development of media strategies and plans, utilizing competitive analysis and historical data Assist in developing and executing campaigns in-platform Manage campaigns in-flight across all platforms inclusive of TV, Digital, Social, etc. Work collaboratively with internal theatrical marketing disciplines to align media campaign strategies and efforts with larger marketing campaign Lead, with Manager’s oversight, reporting feedback to optimize social & digital campaigns during media flights Work collaboratively with external media agencies and partners to effectively execute media campaigns Help oversee overall invoicing process and keeping track of budgets Provide support to the Media team as needed Qualifications and Skills BA/BS Required Ability to perform media math calculations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure Ability to prioritize many different projects simultaneously Accuracy, attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment and follow department protocol Experience working at a media agency and/or relevant industry experience (preferably entertainment industry experience) Strong mathematical and analytical abilities Strong proficiency in MS Office required, specifically experience in creating detailed spreadsheets using Excel About the Company Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) encompasses world-class motion picture and television studio operations aligned with the STARZ premium global subscription platform to bring a unique and varied portfolio of entertainment to consumers around the world.
