What You’ll Do:
The HR Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive support in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy implementation. This role serves as a liaison between employees and management to promote a positive work environment and ensure adherence to organizational goals and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance
- Post job openings on career websites and job boards.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates about interview schedules and outcomes.
Onboarding & Orientation
- Assist with onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare welcome packages and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Employee Relations Support
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Payroll and Benefits Assistance
- Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and attendance records.
- Help employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping
- Ensure HR files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements.
- Assist in audits and other compliance-related tasks.
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
Training Support
- Schedule and track employee training sessions.
- Maintain training records and certifications.
Performance Management Support
- Help coordinate performance review processes.
- Track review deadlines and documentation.
HR Reporting
- Generate HR reports (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism reports).
- Assist with data entry and HR analytics.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Cultural Behaviors: Fair, firm, respectful, and steady personality who handles situations with optimism yet holds people accountable; good listener who can be flexible and invoke great ideas to make the best decisions; culturally aware.

Preferred:
- College Graduate in relevant field of study
- 0-2 years experience in HR related field.

Other Important Information:
· Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year, commensurate with proven expertise.
· Reports To: Human Resource Manager
