What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at LIPCA, Inc?
Assist the accounting department of an Insurance Agency:
· Processing audits of general liability policies
· Sending out invoices
· Handling cancellations and reinstatements
· Processing Certificates of Insurance and data input for state entities.
· Bond Processing
· Payment Processing and Audits
· Certificate of Insurance distribution
· Assist Office Manager when needed
· Office reports processing
· Complete other duties at the discretion of Management.
· Insurance Experience a Plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
