Overview
The IT Support position provides on-demand technology assistance and support for all office, warehouse and sales employees. Duties include but are not limited to responding to technical support tickets, gathering information needed for troubleshooting, setting up and onboarding technology equipment, repairing devices, implementing hardware and software solutions, and communicating effectively with employees. IT Support team members will work collaboratively in a small, team-based environment and should exhibit a way to prioritize support based tasks, communicate what they observe and document support tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-demand technology assistance and support to all district users.
- Answering employee questions regarding a number of items including general IT questions
- Documenting troubleshooting events and tickets within IT support software
- Responding to Help Desk tickets from employees by troubleshooting those issues
- Relaying information to other support team members and/or other IT team department members
- Other peripheral responsibilities would include unlocking AD accounts, troubleshooting printer issues and basic Network connection issues, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in IT support required
- Excellent Communication Skills required
- Good Troubleshooting Skills required
- Experience with the HelpDesk software preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,640.00 - $74,000.00 per year
