This is a full-time, salaried position working 40-45 hours a week.
Travel
Travel will be 10% of the role.

This position provides business line support for planning product plans and direction, channel support, and sales support. The Product Manager interacts with sales, customers, product development, marketing and customer service to ensure that marketing programming and direction accurately reflects benefits and features from every user perspective and persona.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop product plans that drive share and/or revenue growth
- Track customer care, dashboard, metrics, consumer feedback, customer satisfaction to measure performance and employment of existing and new functionalities and features
- Collaborate with senior managers to define the product roadmap by developing market-specific problem statements, using business cases, scenarios, sharing recommendations and results
- Design and implement product launches for offline and online channels
- Complete competitive analysis and providing insights to Manager General Manager
- Support channel partners with sales collateral, best practices, and training
- Collaborate cross functionally on competitor pricing, market development, item analytics, selling and field solutions
- Approves press releases, marketing bulletins, & new product launches
- Communicate and train Salespeople, Customer Service, Tech Services and other departments on product lines
- Collaborate with Quality and Testing teams and provide priority direction
- Conduct ongoing product life cycle reviews and works with team on product rationalization
- Determine product pricing based on market research, product costs and anticipated demand
- Manage a product team and provides coaching, direction and leads by example
- Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
- Primarily working indoors, office and manufacturing environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
- Exposure to manufacturing environment
- Work Experience: 5 years of marketing experience, knowledgeable within towing, military specifications, and automotive parts and accessories
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field. Some practical knowledge of media blasting, pretreatment process, electrodeposition (E-Coat) paints, powder paints, and liquid paints.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Organization Skills: Excellent organizational, ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
