What You will Get:
Summary/Objective:
This role will contribute significantly to the overall success of our Social Media Department and advance the creative expertise and breadth of our Marketing Services. The Social Media Content Creator will be primarily responsible for the creative storytelling and development and improvement of our evolving content strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, plan and execute social media assets and campaigns across all existing and emerging platforms.
- Establish visual language and branded content that will effectively communicate with target consumer and audience.
- Stay current with industry/social/advertising and cultural trends.
- Works in close partnership with Photo Production team to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met and within budget.
- Collaborates effectively with designers, copywriters to produce social-first storytelling content.
- Execute on-site storytelling in manufacturing facilities, events, trade shows, corporate scenarios and more.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
Qualifications:
- Passion for all things social media – you can’t stay off your phone, you speak in GIF’s and meme accounts are your love language
- Ability to creatively produce for all video formats, as well as static image-based content.
- Have strong written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders within Lippert
- Passionate and able to create high product to low production social media content
- Proficiency in social media editing apps such as Canva and native platform tools
- Enthusiasm to execute and learn on-the-go without waiting for permission or perfection
- Ability to effectively collaborate and motivate creative team members and provide clear creative direction
- Ability to see stories and content in every experience to bring to life the Lippert Lifestyle
- Possess advanced knowledge of all social media platforms and trends in marketing and social media
- Autonomous, highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized with strong attention to detail

Competencies:
- Must present samples of relevant work
- Minimum of 2-year Social Media Marketing experience required
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other editing software
- Personal passion and participation on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
- Proficient in social media native insights, capabilities and Microsoft Office tools
- Intermediate knowledge of social media management tools (eg; Salesforce Social Studio, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar)
Supervisory Responsibility:
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time role, hours of work are decided by your leadership team.
Travel:
Travel will be moderate, mostly located in and around Elkhart County. Sometimes, domestic travel will be required a few times per year and rarely international travel to other Lippert facilities will be required.

Must be able to pass EVerify.
