Lipscomb Academy’s Athletic Department is looking for its next great leader to coach the 2021 & 2022 TSSAA State Champions to their next victory. Lipscomb Academy encourages all high-caliber and enthusiastic leaders to apply to serve as its next varsity head football coach.
In order for Mustang Football to continue its winning and dedicated culture, the Mustang’s head varsity football coach should value the educational and personal well-being of its student-athletes, place an emphasis on integrity, servant leadership, and have a hunger for excellence.
This full-time position will lead, manage and direct all phases of the day-to-day operations of the Academy’s football program. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a successful track record both on and off the field. Off season work is dedicated to the growth of the Mustang student-athletes along with working alongside NCAA Coaching staff for Collegiate opportunities for our student athletes.
Candidates need a tremendous work ethic and an unwavering desire to grow and strengthen the Academy’s athletic programs. To be successful in this role, one should possess and demonstrate Christian character, demonstrate a great love for the game of football, and be able to foster good sportsmanship.
