Liquibase is hiring a Director of Professional Services to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping companies achieve their DevOps goals and has the experience to lead a technical consulting team focused on databases, DevOps technologies, and enterprise IT environments. They will be pivotal in scaling our services, building customer trust, and driving revenue growth.
What you'll be doing :
- Lead and manage the Professional Services team to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of the Professional Services (PS) business, with accountability for achieving revenue targets and driving overall growth.
- Oversee implementation partners' training, certification, and performance to ensure consistent quality and successful customer outcomes.
- Act as a player-coach by performing customer implementations (requirements, design, implementation, testing, and documentation) and supporting key accounts.
- Partner with Sales to drive Professional Services revenue by conducting discovery sessions, creating Statements of Work (SOWs), and articulating the value of PS offerings to close deals.
- Mentor team members and provide growth opportunities through professional development initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and ensuring long-term success, adoption, and expansion.
