Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic technical knowledge for assisting customers with electronic products or wireless devices is a plus.
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or experience in selling electronics is an advantage.
