Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking merchandise as needed
- General cleaning and stocking merchandise in the store and cooler
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
- Proven sales skills with the ability to up sell and cross-sell products
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels
