We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Auto Body Technician!
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to perform a variety of repair tasks on vehicles, including collision repairs, frame straightening, dent removal, and general bodywork. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and restore damaged vehicles to original specifications.
- Assess vehicle damage, develop repair plans, and estimate labor and material costs.
- Perform metal straightening, frame alignment, and weld repairs.
- Replace and repair body parts, including bumpers, fenders, doors, and hoods.
- Sand, prime, and paint vehicle surfaces to achieve a smooth finish.
- Use diagnostic equipment to ensure repairs are aligned with manufacturer standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to prioritize jobs and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Keep detailed records of repairs and materials used.
- Assist with the training of junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including welding, frame straightening, and paintwork.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and understand repair manuals and blueprints.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- I-Car, ASE Certification or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
