Compensation : $65,000 to $75,000 salary 10% Bonus annually! (OTE $70k to 80k )
Schedule : 8am to 5pm M / F
Location : 7651 Esters Blvd, Irving
Hybrid Scheduletwo days remote, three in office weekly
Position Overview :
The primary function of this role is to lead our Account Payables team and ensure that the company pays its vendor bills in a timely manner to avoid any suspension of critical vendors.
Essential Functions :
- Handle escalated or credit hold issues with vendors
- Ensure that manual check requests are entered and paid as priority
- Create and upload files for JPMorgan Chase payment runs
- Process in-house checks
- Pay re-occurring charges on due date
- Oversee close items to ensure A / P closes by month-end deadlines
- Assist accounting or finance team with research, invoice copies or errors
- Provide support for P&L calls, issues or reclass information
- Support A / P team to ensure all bills are on track
- Support Director of Financial Operations as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversee team of 10 to meet goals, KPIs and ensure that all functions are being performed as needed
