At Liquid Investments, Inc., we are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Office Support Assistant to contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment. As an Office Support Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks, including running errands, managing supplies, and providing general administrative assistance.

Schedule
This part-time position requires approximately 20 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. Your responsibilities will include:
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Providing general support to team members as needed
Errand Management
You will be responsible for running errands as needed, including bank visits and picking up supplies. You will also grocery shop for office needs and events, and deliver and pick up items from various locations.
Office Supplies and Maintenance
In this role, you will monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, anticipating needs and placing orders as required. You will also assist with basic office maintenance tasks, such as organizing storage areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an office environment (even if volunteer or internship) is preferred. Hourly pay, commensurate with experience, and mileage reimbursement at the current IRS standard rate will be provided.
