About the role :
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right-hand person to the CEO, handling both personal and professional tasks to maximize their efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and performing various administrative duties. Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication and operations across all levels of the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Calendar Management : Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel, ensuring optimal time management.
- Travel Coordination : Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Communication : Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders. Respond to emails, phone calls, and requests on behalf of the CEO.
- Document Preparation : Draft, review, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Event Planning : Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, events, and business functions, including logistics, guest coordination, and agenda preparation.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Personal Assistance : Provide personal assistance as needed, including scheduling personal appointments and handling personal tasks for the CEO.
