Job purpose
As a member of the Customer Success team, you will play a large role in the logistical movements that are required to keep the business running each day and keep customer satisfaction at a high level. Duties and responsibilities

- Oversee all logistical necessities to keep region running smoothly and efficiently
- Support outside sales personnel by preparing quotations and proposals
- Prioritize and complete requests both by internal and external parties with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Process orders and purchase requests in an expedited and accurate manner
- Arrange internal meetings and execute necessary administrative duties
- Perform general office duties such as e-mail, data entry, filing, using software programs, maintaining department database records and place and receive phone calls
- Work across departments with Sales, Engineering, Account Management, Manufacturing and
- Accounting to create a collaborative work environment
- Generate and coordinate the submission of reports
- Ability to identify areas of process improvement and collaborate on solutions
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers and internal staff, handling all issues with professionalism and respect of all those involved
- Establish that you are a motivated, dependable, and team-minded individual that is a daily asset to your department and the LiquiTech team as whole
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Associates Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Support experience in the sciences fields a plus.
- Perform advanced Microsoft Office functions and prepare reports preferred.
- Incredibly strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of problem solving and critical thinking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- CRM experience, specifically Hubspot and SAP experience are a plus
Working conditions
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours a day.
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects
