ROLE DESCRIPTION
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified, experienced professional to join their winning team for the role of Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Please take into consideration, this position requires 2 years of prior State Farm experience as well as 2 years of Financial Services experience, and a current Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
  • Follow sales processes and prove excellent customer service
  • work closely with individuals, families, and small businesses to analyze their financial needs and provide recommendations.
DESIRED ABILITES 
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
