Please take into consideration, this position requires 2 years of prior State Farm experience as well as 2 years of Financial Services experience, and a current Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work with our team to achieve common goals and grow the agency
- Follow sales processes and prove excellent customer service
- work closely with individuals, families, and small businesses to analyze their financial needs and provide recommendations.
DESIRED ABILITES
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
