Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks with attention to detail to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a polished appearance.
- Assist with custodial duties including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
- Support porter duties by ensuring facilities are presentable and welcoming for visitors and employees.
- Participate in residential painting projects as needed, ensuring quality finishes and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition; report any malfunctions or shortages promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
