Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Execute floor care procedures such as buffing and polishing to maintain surfaces.
- Assist with residential painting projects when needed.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed in the environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
