SUMMARY
The Application Support Analyst (ASA) listens to user feedback, monitors the application, and remedies the problems detected through their analysis, but also the feedback received. The ASA analyzes the organization's efficiency; studies the needs, business model, workflows, and technological systems. Make recommendations to management on business application topics that will improve business efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interpreting data about company policies and workflows
- Providing ongoing support and training to users and other employees
- Supporting project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development
- Working on other project phases like implementation and testing

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education and/or Experience
• Degree in Computer Science, or related area (Preferred)
- 2 years experience in application support or business analysis role
- Good knowledge of SQL Database
- Good understanding of different type of queries
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft suite applications, especially excel.
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Aerospace environment is a plus.
- Experience with BI (especially Tableau) is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of application security and live production best practices.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and legal documents. Must have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of top management.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plain and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge of Information Technology, Reporting, Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Model Analysis, Process Design, Systems Analysis, Implementation, Testing, Customer Focus, Communication, and Deliverables.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday - 4/9 4 (Monday - Thursday is 9 hours and Friday is a 4 hour half day)
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
