Firm Mission Statement

Our mission is to change as many lives as possible by offering immigration solutions even in the most difficult cases. We look at all possible options to keep our clients in the United States with their families where they belong. We stand ready to fight even when success seems unsure because we understand how much better life can be with the dignity and peace of mind that comes with having documents.

Position Purpose

A crucial part of the immigration application process is often an interview with a USCIS officer.  These interviews offer our clients a chance to tell their story and explain why their application should be approved.

We are in the process of building a nationwide team of attorneys to work with clients to prepare for and attend these interviews.  We are looking for a strong, creative, and organized leader to help us build and manage this team! This position will directly train and manage a team of Regional Supervising Attorneys who will be responsible for interviews in their regions across the country.

With a team working across the nation, it is vitally important that our interview team is providing red carpet service and passionate advocacy in a consistent manner for each of our clients, no matter where they live. The National Supervising Attorney will be responsible for working with the Regional Supervising Attorneys to implement and audit standard processes across the team. The National Supervising Attorney will also be responsible for identifying patterns or trends in interviews and helping develop the legal strategy to respond accordingly. The National Supervisor will also work to ensure consistency in the way the team approaches challenges or regularly identified legal issues.  This position will also be responsible for working with operational leaders to develop capacity plans to ensure that our team has the capacity to cover all interviews and shift resources between regions if necessary.

This position should have experience attending USCIS interviews; experience doing so in humanitarian (VAWA, T-visa, U-visa) and family based cases a strong plus.  We will offer a training program for our specific case types and internal processes as part of the onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a creative advocate who has experience managing large teams of attorneys to operate in a consistent and effective manner.  The ideal candidate will be motivated to lead a team to help our clients obtain documents and stay united with their families. Although this position is not expected to regularly travel, there may be some travel required for training. While the ability to speak Spanish will be helpful, this position will work with a translator for client preparation and interviews.
