The RFE Research Coordinator manages the process of obtaining and analyzing criminal records critical for responding to RFEs. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Process criminal records requests based on specific case requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is included

Prepare and submit formal requests to state, city, or court entities, tailoring submissions to meet jurisdiction-specific requirements

Monitor the status of outstanding requests and follow up with relevant agencies to ensure timely responses

Manage email inboxes to track incoming records and updates from various entities

Review and analyze received criminal records, extracting relevant details to support RFE responses

Maintain accurate records of all requests, updates, and case details in the case management system
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Possesses excellent bilingual (English & Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Minimum Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1

Highschool diploma or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of processes related to USCIS, particularly in the context of RFEs
