Position Overview
The Social Media Communications Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and responding to client messages via all social media channels., including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube This individual is responsible for partnering with the marketing and client services team to provide accurate and timely responses, enhance brand reputation, and drive engagement. Additionally, this candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers, answer questions, and build a strong, positive community around the firm

Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Facebook Insights) to monitor performance, track key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates), and generate reports. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing strategies.

Ensure that all social media responses align with the company’s overall brand guidelines and voice.

Use social media management tool to gather customer feedback and insights, identifying potential opportunities for product or service improvements.

Identify and escalate any threats to the firm’s image on social media to ensure business continuity

Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure that the firm remains relevant and competitive

Minimum Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1

High School diploma or equivalent

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
