This leader will define and execute a tech-enabled services strategy, bringing new technology-driven offerings to the existing ListenFirst customer base and beyond. The ideal candidate is a visionary operator, capable of structuring and scaling a high-impact services organization that bridges data, martech, analytics, and AI-driven solutions to drive tangible business outcomes for enterprise clients.

- Develop and execute the division strategy, building a scalable tech-enabled services organization from the ground up.
- Define and launch service offerings that align with ListenFirst’s technology and customer needs, ensuring differentiation in the market.
- Drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding defined revenue targets while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, hiring, structuring, and managing talent to deliver exceptional service at scale.
- Establish and implement operational processes, ensuring service delivery is efficient, repeatable, and high-quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to integrate services into ListenFirst’s broader ecosystem and support client adoption.
- 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technology-driven service delivery, with a track record of building and scaling service organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, launch new service offerings, and meet revenue targets.
- Experience leading and building teams from the ground up, including hiring, structuring, and managing high-performing talent.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, pricing models, and margin optimization.
- Expertise in data analytics, marketing technology, or AI-driven solutions, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers.
- The expected compensation range for this role is a base salary of $150,000 - $175,000, with performance-based incentives. Final offers will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
