Basic Responsibilities:
- Use POS to enter sales and payments.
- Track and process scheduled payments.
- Train and mentor new & existing personnel on administrative tasks.
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
- Maintain tickets, keeping delivery dates up to date, watching for cancellations, etc.
- Collect all necessary information needed to calculate bills receivable
- Issue invoices and send them to customers
- Receive payments through various methods and check for credibility
- Send reminders for payments due to both sales staff and customers when needed.
- Update records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.
- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
- Clean shared areas, trash, and related duties
Skills Required:
- Exceptional customer service skills including working through elevated service issues
- Self-directed and able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and have an open minded approach to new concepts and procedures
- Maintains a high standard of integrity & professionalism
- Great communication, both spoken and written
- Excellent computer and contemporary business software skills
Required Experience:
- Experience in data entry
- Experience in customer service
- Strong knowledge of Google Office or Microsoft Office Programs
Required Certifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
