The Sales Representative is responsible and accountable for:
Sales reps in the Gill Track & Field division will work with new and existing customers to fully develop sales potential. Customers include team and specialty dealers, National Accounts, high school coaches and athletic directors, college sports and recreation staff, and athletic facility construction specialists and contractors. Sales reps commit to mastering LSG sales training, execute our sales system, and are accountable to performance standards.

Proactive Behaviors
- Make at minimum 25 weekly outbound sales calls on our dealer partners to increase their representation of our products. This includes calls, emails, texts or other methods that engage our dealer.
- Cultivate new dealer sales reps through proactive development of inactive reps. Commit to 10 weekly contacts.
- Effectively execute the LSG Sales System to increase win rate and grow sales volume.
- Develop new business and capture sales leads through targeted trade show, conference attendance, and NCAA TF Indoor and Outdoor Championships attendance, as well as direct contact to coaches and customers.
- Increase dealer engagement and sales performance through face-to-face sales presentations, sales training, and relationship building visits.
- Champion Team Pacer social channels to grow and engage our Pole Vault coach and athlete community.
- Develop specific strategies and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your sales goals.
Responsive Behaviors
- Provide sales quotes or pricing to dealers and customers as requested.
- Follow up on every sales quotation, proposal, or dealer referral until decision is confirmed.
- Provide technical product or order process support to dealers and customers as required.
- Support dealers and customers with post-sales issues or inquiries as required.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with existing dealer partners and customers, and maintain them over time.
- Support sales initiatives across functional areas, which may include R&D product development, product forecasting, marketing, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- A collegiate athletic or coaching background is preferred but not required
- Passion for the equipment specialty represented
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- A competitive achiever, able to guide oneself with minimal supervision to accomplish established sales goals
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable at fulfilling obligations
- Honest and ethical
- Ability to work in a drug free workplace

Salary
$48,000 - $52,000 per year
Bonus eligible up to 15% quarterly
Exempt - Salary position
