Litehouse Pools & Spas is seeking a persuasive and organized team player for our Assistant Store Manager position in our Parma location.

Our Assistant Store Manager will direct a team to:
· Work effectively to meet the needs of our staff and customers to best fill their desire for family home entertainment.
· Quickly respond to staff and customer needs.
· Support the staff in providing an exceptional client experience.
Assistant Store Manager should be:
· Confident and intuitive
· Thorough and accurate with numbers and systems with the ability to multi-task
· Socially oriented and Friendly
· Resourceful and adaptable to change
· Persevering and work well under pressure
This position requires weekend availability
Successful applicants’ compensation will include:
· An hourly base plus uncapped commission compensation structure

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
