Overview : As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and improve our tools for monitoring production systems
- Make technology choices at individual level and has ability to analyze impact
- Profile production monitoring and identifies bottlenecks
- Demonstrate expertise in writing scripts to monitor systems.
- Help businesses develop an overall strategy for monitoring production systems. Contribute to planning and strategy with his / her ideas
- Document procedures for logging and monitoring systems
- Mentor less experienced engineers in implementing their user stories and defect resolutions
- Participate in an on-call Rotation, drive incident resolution and improve platform resiliency

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
