The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by providing accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial information to the Executive Director and Board of Directors/Treasurer enabling them to conduct their due diligence in financial oversight, organizational and financial planning, and decision making. The position also includes responsibility for standard office operations, ensuring smooth functionality by managing administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, managing office supplies, coordinating communication, maintaining filing systems, handling phones and visitor reception.
