Delivery Coordinator Responsibilities :

Meet with sales team & F&I Manager every morning to schedule deliveries

Verify paperwork & scan to central billing office (CBO)

Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by customer

Be contact person for CBO questions and / or missing documents

Follow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the run

After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc.

Return deals to CBO

Help resolve funding delays in timely manner

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time

The expected pay range for this position is $17.28 - $20.00 Hourly.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
