About The Role

As an Express Lube Advisor, you will be the frontline contact for our service department, ensuring that every customer's experience is seamless, from greeting to completion of service. Your role will involve:

• Greeting customers and conducting initial vehicle check-ins.
• Clearly communicating service requirements and timelines to customers.
• Advising customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our values and culture.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $60,000.00 to $90,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunites such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
