Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in selecting and purchasing the correct parts for their needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, organize stock, and process orders efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both retail and wholesale customers.
• Process returns, warranties, and special orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Answer phone inquiries professionally and assist customers with their parts needs.
• Stay up to date on Volkswagen parts, accessories, and promotions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive parts or service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory systems is a plus.
