Lithia & Driveway | Product Manager

Location: Tigard, OR (on-site or remote)

Compensation: $70,000-$140,000 DOE

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead one of our journey teams in analyzing user needs, identifying high-impact opportunities, and driving results that move the needle. What You’ll Do

• Champion the voice of the customer and stakeholders through clear, effective communication.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Develop product requirements that drive dynamic, incremental outcomes.
• Use data to evaluate product performance and inform future enhancements.
• Monitor trends and behaviors in the market to keep our products ahead of the curve.
• Measure success using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce or digital environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Design Thinking (certifications a plus).
• 3–5 years of prior experience in business intelligence, analysis, engineering, or marketing.
• Proven track record of using data to solve business problems and improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership; you make things happen.
  
  

Education & Certifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
• Professional certifications in Agile and/or Design Thinking are a plus.
