What You'll Do
- Customer Concierge: Become the single point of contact for customers, answering questions and driving the transaction forward with expertise and efficiency.
- Transaction Management: Assist customers in navigating online vehicle purchases, from selecting financing options to setting proper expectations on what the customer can expect.
- Process Coordination: Collect critical documents such as driver’s license, insurance, income verification, and ensure smooth logistics.
- Sales & Relationship Building: Engage with customers via text, phone, and email, ensuring seamless communication and delivering a world-class experience.
- Proactive Support: Maintain accurate activity logs, manage timelines, and provide ongoing support as needed to exceed customer expectations.
- Attention to Detail: You thrive on getting things right the first time and ensuring a flawless customer experience.
- Sales Experience: A background in sales will help you excel in presenting financing/cash options to customers and overcome objections.
- Effective Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic communication is second nature to you.
