Lithia & Driveway | Accounting Systems Analyst

Compensation: $50,000 annually

Location: Remote or at our corporate office in Medford, OR

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for accounting systems and process optimization? Join Lithia & Driveway as an Accounting Systems Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our core operating systems to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update system setups, including chart of accounts, financial statements, and dealership operations structures
• Ensure accurate service, parts, body shop, and sales operations setups for optimal financial and operational reporting
• Support acquisition and divestiture transitions by maintaining system structures and reporting
• Assist in standardization projects across all systems
• Develop and maintain an instructional guide (playbook) for system maintenance
• Ensure internal controls are in place and functioning effectively
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, and Dealership Accounting teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or commensurate experience)
