Location: Medford, OR | Full-Time | Hybrid/On-Site
Compensation: $60,000 annually
Are you a strong leader with an eye for detail and a passion for process efficiency? Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Dealer Mechanical Services (DMS) Supervisor to lead a high-performing transactional team responsible for processing activations and cancellations of mechanical service contracts and maintenance agreements. In this role, you will work closely with dealerships and our Shared Services team to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee workflow queues and monitor processing request aging to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Communicate company and department goals effectively to your team.
- Ensure performance expectations are met, holding team members accountable while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Track productivity and optimize staffing to meet operational needs.
- Provide training and feedback to enhance performance, morale, and expertise.
- Analyze data to identify training gaps and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Support rotational cross-training within the team to encourage growth and expertise.
- Assist the DMS Manager with departmental accounting, including statement reconciliations and month-end processes.
- Proactively communicate with leadership and independently manage assigned stores and queues.
- Contribute to departmental projects and continuous process improvement.
- Deliver weekly and month-end analytics and reporting.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
