Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating client information and filing documents.
- Assist with administrative duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
- Provide support to dental staff as needed, including managing patient records and coordinating with insurance providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Skills
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in office management practices and administrative procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
