Administrative Coordinator
Location: Austin, TX (In-Office)
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (DOE)

About the Role
This is a hybrid role that blends bookkeeping, office management, and general operations support. You will handle financial transactions, maintain office organization, and assist with administrative duties. As we grow, this position is expected to grow into an Operations Admin role, offering opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Financial Tasks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Generate financial reports and assist with financial tracking.
- Work with external accountants and vendors as needed.
- Maintain records and financial documentation using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Office & Administrative Support
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and vendor interactions.
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, travel arrangements, and occasional errands.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Research, draft, and prepare reports, documents, or presentations as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
General Operations Support
- Track and coordinate purchases, vendor accounts, and client orders.
- Assist in preparing quotes and managing order processing.
- Support internal projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have valid transportation.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred but not required.

Experience Level
