Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with inquiries, orders, and financing options.
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Handle office communications and correspondence.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and basic content posting.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM or POS systems is a plus.
- Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, payment processing, bookkeeping).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest or familiarity with powersports is a plus but not required.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
