OSHA 510 SAFETY MANAGER - MISSION CRITICAL
The Role
Lithko Contracting is seeking an OSHA 510 Safety Manager for our mission critical work in The Carolinas. This integral Safety Manager role will be responsible for overall SSSP execution, including, but not limited to the management of subcontractor safety coordinators, sub-tier management, case & care management, craft training, safety administration, work coordination, and high-risk activity planning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and support to Craft in Daily Plan Preparation (DPP) and Operational Activity Trainings (OAT) engagement.
- Reviews all work activities on site during their shift to promote safe work practices and appropriate PPE usage by engaging craft and holding others accountable to influence behavioral change.
- Completes all necessary internal and external safety related documentation and paperwork as it relates to their shift and phase of work.
- Completed multiple safety observations per week.
Requirements & Preferences
- Minimum Construction Healthy & Safety Technician (CHST) and Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) Certification
- OSHA 510
- First Aid, Narcan, and Bloodborne Pathogens Training
- CPR and AED Training
- Emergency Procedures Training
- NFPA 70E and LOTO (if applicable)
- Mental Health First Aid Training
