Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and overall classroom management while ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote literacy and math skills.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to guide students.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices.

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or private school settings is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of literacy education principles and standardized testing practices.
• Proficient in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for teaching young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
