Little Angels Veterinary Urgent Care is a small business in Clarksville, TN. We are professional and agile. We are open everyday from 11am - 11pm. We see a variety of cases from simple ear infections to true emergencies. We are a fast paced clinic, that provides urgent and emergency care at affordable prices.
We are looking to add an experienced veterinary technician for 3-12 hours shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Duties:
- Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals
- Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, blood draws, and IV catheter placements.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Monitor and record vital signs of animals during procedures and treatments
- Prepare animals for surgery and assist during surgical procedures
- Take and develop X-rays of animals
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and behavior
- Proficient in performing medical procedures such as vaccinations, blood draws, and IV catheters
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with pet owners and veterinary staff
- Attention to detail to accurately record medical information and follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Please note that experience emergency medicine is preferred but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
