Summary
As a Swim Instructor at Little Aquatics, you will play a vital role in teaching swimming skills to children and adults alike. Located in various locations throughout Florida, this position is essential in promoting water safety and fostering a love for swimming.
Responsibilities
- Conduct swim lessons for infants, children, and adults in a safe and engaging manner.
- Assess students' swimming abilities and tailor lessons to meet individual needs.
- Promote water safety awareness among students and their families.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment for all participants.
- Monitor students during lessons to ensure their safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a swim instructor or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively during lessons.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
